Terms of service

These terms are between you and Longevity Vibes AI. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. The service is currently invitation-only and offered as an early preview.

Longevity Vibes AI collects your health information into one timeline: readings from documents you upload, data from a device you connect, and notes you write. It is a record-keeping tool. It reports what your sources said and does not form its own judgment about your health.

Where a lab has flagged a result, we show that flag because the lab put it there. We do not add flags of our own, and a value without one is not a statement that anything is fine.

Values are read out of your documents automatically, and that reading can be wrong. This is why nothing is saved to your record until you have reviewed it, and why anything the reader was unsure of is marked for you to check.

You are responsible for what you save. The original document is always kept so a value can be checked against its source. If you notice a mistake, every value can be corrected or deleted.

You keep ownership of everything you put here. We claim no rights over your health information beyond what is needed to operate the service for you — storing it, showing it back to you, and reading documents you ask us to read.

We will not sell your data, share it for advertising, or use it to train models. How it is handled is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Access codes are single use and issued to one person. Do not share them.

If you connect an Oura ring, you authorise us to read your data from Oura on your behalf. Your relationship with Oura is governed by their terms, not ours. You can revoke the connection at any time, from your account page or from Oura directly.

This is an early preview. Features will change, and the service may be unavailable at times. We will give you reasonable notice before any change that would remove access to your data, and an opportunity to export it.

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that is being used to harm the service or another person, and will tell you why unless we are prevented from doing so.

The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Longevity Vibes AI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it, and our total liability is limited to what you have paid us in the previous twelve months.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

If we change these terms materially, we will tell you before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the new terms.
